Question 1: What type of people do you coach?

I work with a range of people from high-level professionals, ambitious amateur athletes, right through to elite athletes in their sport. The key is people who want structured, high-quality training that fits their lifestyle. You don’t need to be “elite” — just serious about unlocking high-performance.

Question 2: Do I need to be fit before starting?

No — we start from your level with a comprehensive needs analysis.
I build the plan around your goals, training history, injuries, and the time you realistically have available.

Question 3: What if I have injuries or long-term niggles?

That’s normal. Most new clients come in with something going on — shoulders, knees, back, Achilles. I’ll programme around it, improve it, and build you back stronger.

Question 4: Do you work with teams, clubs, or organisations?

Yes — I run remote and hybrid S&C setups for sports teams, schools, and organisations.
Programmes can include club-wide training plans, position-specific work, athlete monitoring, coach education, and direct support for staff. If you’re enquiring on behalf of a team, we’ll build the structure around your schedule, budget, and athlete needs.

Question 5: How does pricing work for clubs or organisations?

Club and organisation pricing depends on the size of your squad and the level of support required. Options range from simple programming for large groups to fully supported S&C programmes with reviews, check-ins, and coach access.
